Let’s debate is an initiative to encourage and qualify citizens to use digital media for promoting citizens participation and active citizenship. The principal aim of the project is to impart intercultural learning and European political education to multipliers and citizens with the involvement of the digital media. The project program focused on citizens who have few possibilities to take active part in the digital communication technologies of the information society in Europe. “Let’s debate” qualified citizens in the sphere of creative digital media, gave participants the competences necessary for establishing mutual cooperation and intercultural dialog between citizens of different European regions. The project promoted media, political education concerning the topics of the current EU-politics (Reform Treaty, integration, youth education, European projects) and various cultural programs among citizens in Europe.
